ProUsuario Digital is a tool developed by the Superintendence of Banks of the Dominican Republic that allows you to easily and quickly check the status of your financial products. Through this application, you have access to: Credit consultation, Inactive or abandoned accounts, Deposits in entities under liquidation, Complaints, Grievances, and Reports.

In the Credit Consultation section, you will find a personalized report of your credits in the national financial system, both consolidated and categorized by type. Additionally, it includes financial indicators and your credit risk rating as reported to the Superintendence of Banks by financial intermediaries within the system.

Please note that this report is not a replacement for those issued by Credit Information Societies (credit bureaus). It does not provide a credit score and does not guarantee credit approval based on the information presented.

If you notice any unfamiliar information or inconsistencies in the data regarding any of your credits, we recommend contacting the financial institution to file a complaint and request a correction of the information.
